Great post. And I completely agree. There has to be someone inside the organization organizing,evaluating and evangelizing the content. But content production shouldn&#039;t be secondary, it should be part of every knowledge worker&#039;s job. Writing is part of what they do as they research and find information. What&#039;s more, maybe it will be more palatable to share information outside the firewall with customers, partners and suppliers when possible. This gives access to an audience outside the organization and wider audience some of the people may crave.

I still want to meet you and have coffee and I would also like to interview you for my FierceContentManagement One on one interview series. Maybe we could try something a little different and do part of it in writing and part of it as a video interview.

Anyway, great post. You raise a lot of excellent points here and I look forward to meeting you in person at some point.
